二，在将阳光板与配件安装固定的时候，将保护膜撕开30mm到50mm，这样是为了避免配件压条将保护膜压住。不过要注意的是不能揭的太多，不然容易因为安装操作划伤阳光板。

五，配件安装好，在压实密封胶条和板材的时候连接件需要的自贡钉均匀的拧紧，不能用力过大，如果在因安装出错发生渗露，要及时用密封胶进行处理。

六，如果需要自行对板材进行钻钉，一定要考虑到PC板的热胀冷缩性能和原理，合理的留出间隙。

七，如果PC阳光板要进行冷弯安装，一定要注意冷弯的方向只能是顺着肋筋弯曲，同样，为了方便凝水流出，阳光板的倾斜装置也需要顺着肋筋方向，还需要注意的是阳光板的弯曲半径不能小于阳光板厚度的175倍。

九，安装过程中不能为图方便用脚踩踏阳光板面，一定要使用比较的进行跨移。

十，在确认安装阳光板装置和配件后，方可撕开保护膜。如果遇到施工中必须要对阳光板进行保护时，也应该先撕掉，然后在覆盖上保护膜。
