PC阳光板与FRP采光瓦性区别在哪?

1、透光性:PC阳光板和FRP采光瓦的透光率均在85%左右,但PC阳光板具有高通透性,没有雾度,即所谓的雾蒙蒙的感觉。FRP采光瓦由于是复合材料,玻璃纤维阻挡了视线,加上树脂本身的通透性不够,采光瓦总体上通透性不好,雾度大,视线感觉雾蒙蒙。

4、阻燃性,PC材料不用添加任何阻燃剂就能达到国家B1级阻燃标准,FRP采光瓦的树脂材料是易燃材料,可用添加阻燃剂的方式提高阻燃性,但就是添加了阻燃剂FRP采光瓦的阻燃性也达不到B1级,何况市场上生产企业为降低成本,添加的比例极少,增加了FRP采光瓦的火灾隐患。

At the same time, the warranty of sunshine board in the market is 10 years, and the warranty of FRP daylighting tile is 15 years or even 30 years. It's actually confusing a concept. What is the warranty? The solar panel will not age too much after 10 years. The light transmittance has decreased by 6% and the yellow has changed by 6. In other words, my physical usability is no problem. Foreign solar panel projects are still in use after 30 years. FRP daylighting tile is guaranteed for 15 or 30 years. 6、防结露性:PC阳光板防结露性好,在极端温差和湿度条件下,材料内表面不会结露,从而影响到室内环境;FRP采光瓦易结露。
