生产PC阳光板时要思索的热性能和冷却速度
从性能特性来看,PC阳光板的比热、热传导率、热变形温度等热性能与其他塑料是不同的,由于比热高的塑化时需求热量大,因而在生产的时分要选用塑化才能大的阳光板挤出设备。

热变形温度高塑料的冷却时间可短,脱模早,但脱模后要避免冷却变形;相反,热传导率低的PC阳光板冷却速度慢,所以必需充沛冷却,一定要增强模具冷却效果。
The cooling time of plastics with high thermal deformation temperature can be shorter and the demoulding time is earlier, but the cooling deformation should be avoided after demoulding. On the contrary, the cooling speed of PC sunshine plate with low thermal conductivity is slow, so it is necessary to cool sufficiently, and the cooling effect of the mould must be enhanced.

事实证明,热浇道模具适用于比热低,热传导率高的PC阳光板,比热大、热传导率低,热变形温度低、冷却速度慢的阳光板则不利于高速成型,必需选用恰当的注塑机及增强阳光板模具冷却。

当PC阳光板余热缺乏时要使模具坚持一定温度时,则模具应设有加热系统,使模具坚持在一定温度,以控制冷却速度,保证活动性,改善填充条件或用以控制阳光板使其迟缓冷却,避免厚壁内外冷却不匀及进步结晶度等。
